Exciting times at Crowned Heads with the pending release of 4 Kicks I know you are very busy these days. I have been following CH progress for some time now and can’t wait to try some of your new sticks. I think you and I have a mutual friend in Eric Lee Beddingfield. He is the one who told me about CH. Anyway, I build cigar box guitars and am working on one for Eric as a surprise. I know he is a CAO smoker and I have a La Traviata box for the body of the guitar, but it is less than ideal for a CBG. Anyway, I was thinking of maybe using a Four Kicks box instead but don’t know how long it will be before I can get my hands on one. Can you tell me anything about the box design? Is is wooden (spanish cedar)? Paper covered? Please don’t cover in felt like some CAO boxes. Do you have any info on the size of the box? Anyway, all of these details may still be up in the air, but as soon as you have some, I would love to build a guitar out of it. Email me back when you get the chance.
