This is an aside post format – think of it as a “Facebook” status update – say a little something about what you are up to, or a comment that other people might find interesting. It doesn’t need to be long or terribly thoughtful, but the theme will style it like this!

The main difference between an “aside” and a “status” is length. Status updates are closer to Twitter posts. Aside updates can usually be a little bit longer, more like Facebook posts.
